Super easy honey-mustard salmon.This sheet pan dinner is delicious and extremely simple!
6 individual frozen salmon fillets
3 tablespoons honey
2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Defrost salmon in fridge overnight (or quickly by filling a mixing bowl with cold water & soaking wrapped salmon fillets 20 minutes).
In small bowl, mix melted honey with spices.
Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease, and place salmon fillets on pan.
Spread 1/2 tablespoon of honey/spice mixture on each fillet.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 14-16 minutes (or until internal temperature is 150 degrees F.
