Easy, delicious honey-mustad salmon sheetpan recipe

Easy Honey-Mustard Salmon

No fuss. That’s what I need when 5 kids are waiting for supper and I’m in charge. I’ll take that meal that’s no fuss please!

Oh.. and delicious too. Thanks!

…any earplugs by chance?

That’s what this easy honey-mustard salmon can brag about. Easy. Quick. No-fuss. Tasty. #momwin

It’s as basic as you get, friend.

BTW… If your fillets forgot to swim out of the freezer and are still blocks of ice, not to worry. I’ve got you.

Take them out.
Fill a mixing bowl with cold water.
Pop your fillets in for about 20 minutes.
They’ll thaw partially, and the rest the oven will handle.

If you remember or have meal-planned ahead, you can pull them out into the fridge 1-2 days ahead of time too. (Look at you… so prepared!)

Ps… that reminds me of Prepear, the really awesome free mealplanning app that you should check out if you haven’t yet! It’s PURE GOLD. Plan your meals with a tap…make your grocery list instantly.. free.. Did I mention free? Yeah, it’s good.

So… back to this honey-mustard salmon.

Honey into a bowl. If it’s not liquid- melt till its spreadable.
Add your spices.
Spread it on the salmon and stick them into the oven.. BINGO. You’re done. Now you can go roll up the TP your toddler just made a trail with from the bathroom to the entryway. Run!

Ok. Recipe.
