5–6 cups chopped broccoli flourettes
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Chop broccoli flourettes into bite sized pieces.
Place broccoli into mixing bowl & pour coconut oil over it. Mix to coat.
Dump broccoli onto sheet pan, and spread evenly. It crisps best when not over crowded.
Sprinkle sea salt over broccoli.
Bake at 425 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until broccoli begins to crisp, lightly.
